Hospice Care
Henry County Health and Rehabilitation contracts with 3 local Hospice agencies to provide end of life care when needed to our residents. Family members can chose which provider they would prefer to use and the facility takes care of the rest. The goal is to reduce the stress and responsibility of the family during this time.

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation sponsors a grief support meeting that is held once a month. These meetings are designed to help residents and families cope with the loss of a loved one. If you would like information on this support group you can contact the social services department.

Alzheimer’s Care
Henry County Health and Rehab has a 13-bed secure wing dedicated to the care of residents with moderate to severe dementia. The unit is staffed by specially trained nurses and nurse assistants in dementia care. Rooms are private and spacious. We also provide cozy and secure outdoor recreation areas for the residents to enjoy.

In-Patient Rehabilitation
Henry County Health and Rehabilitation offers a comprehensive therapy department to meet the special needs of senior adults. If you or a loved one have had any type of orthopedic surgery, stroke or heart attack and are in need of rehab in an in-patient setting we have the resources to get you on the road to recovery. Our highly trained staff provide Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy.

Out-Patient Rehabilitation

This service is designed to meet the needs of all ages including sports injuries and speech problems in adults and children. As the only skilled nursing facility in the area to provide such a service, we a constantly finding new ways to meet the needs of the residents of Henry County and surrounding areas.
